How do I register?

Register

If you want to become a registered customer, please fill in the form with your full details. You will also need to create a username and a password. This will allow you to shop in a secure, more convenient way and manage your favourites.

As a registered customer you will benefit from a personalised experience while visiting our website. And besides being allowed to create a favourites list, you won’t have to fill in your details every time you buy a product.

Change your personal information

To view or change your customer details, click “My Account” at the bottom of the Homepage.

I forgot my password. How do I recover it?

Click on “Login / Register” on the left side of the Homepage. Fill in the form "Recover Password" with the e-mail address used in your registration. Your password will be sent to the specified e-mail address.

How to order?

•  Choose a product from the website then click "Add to Basket"

•  If you are not a registered customer, you will have to fill in the username and password fields and your personal details. You can proceed to checkout once your registration is finished

•  If you are already registered, confirm your registration details and fill in the delivery information if different from the one on the invoice

•  Confirm the details of your order or click on "Back" to make changes

•  Select a payment method

•  Once the payment has been made, you will receive a printable order invoice

What payment methods are available?

PayPal

Allows payments and money transfers to be made via the Internet. PayPal serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders.

A PayPal account can be funded with an electronic debit from a bank account or by credit card.

The recipient of a PayPal transfer can request either a check from PayPal, establish their own PayPal deposit account or request a transfer to a nominated bank account.

PayPal is an example of a payment intermediary service that facilitates worldwide e-commerce.

 

And what about the delivery rates?

The delivery rates are determined by the order weight and the delivery address, and are subject to VAT (UK, Europe or the rest of the world).

When will my order arrive?

UK orders will usually arrive within 5 to 10 days elsewhere usually within 15 days

How can I subscribe to the Euro Impala Newsletter?

To subscribe, please click on “Subscribe Newsletter” in the homepage sidebar. By subscribing you will receive a monthly newsletter giving you all the latest news about us, our products and initiatives, etc.

What is the Favourites List?

The Favourites List is an application, only accessible to registered users, which allows you to create a list of favourite products. This list will always be available for your reference.

How do I search for products?

•  Quick search

In the upper right corner of the page you’ll find the Product Search field. Quick search requires a keyword – title, author or subject – and a choice of subcategory – story books, child books, cooking books, etc. This type of search is available on every page of the website. Once your search is finished, you will see the search results showing any matches to your criteria. If you can’t see your search item remember that there may be more results over the page.

Advanced search is a cross-search tool based on a keyword and the selections of various categories: title, subject, ISBN, author, subcategory, format (book or CD-ROM). This allows narrowing the search results.

How can I recommend a product to a friend?

You can recommend a product to a friend by selecting it, clicking on the corresponding button and inserting the requested information and an optional personal message. The recommendation will be sent by e-mail.

What is the Personalized Search?

A personalised search is based on gender, age and maximum price and it will show you only products suitable for that search profile. For example, if you want to find a book for an 8 year old girl for less than £15, the application will show you available titles for that search profile.
